Kouns Acres Design is a small family run business in Montgomery County Virginia. Heath is an engineering manager at a local manufacturing company. Penny works part time as a Nurse at a local women’s clinic and homeschools the three youngest of five kids while the two oldest attend the local High School. Our family lives on a small farm where we raise our own beef, pigs and chickens. We are very active at Hope Valley Church and would love to have you join us if you are in the area. Heath’s interest in the makerspace has led him to build a 3D printer, then to build a CNC and ultimately a Laser engraver, culminating in starting Kouns Acres.
